Suriya d195556f31 chore: bump jupiter to v2.7.58 ...

Fixes getriderlogs returning 500: it does a full-list LRANGE on the
riderlogs Redis key (929K+ entries, ~650MB), which exceeded the 3s
Redis read timeout added in v2.7.57. That call now gets a scoped 15s
timeout instead of loosening the timeout globally.
